We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@coraldesigns.co.za.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalised products (e.g. labels, printed items, or special orders).
  Please double-check all spelling, names, colours, and design choices before placing your order, as these are printed exactly as approved.

  • For school labels, there will be no refunds or replacements for:

    • Incorrect spelling or names provided by the customer

    • Colour variations between screen and print

    • Design differences due to screen previews

• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
